In order to qualify to apply for an Ireland Study Visa, you would be required to meet the following eligibility criteria.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Non-EEA students with Stamp 2 permission to remain are permitted to take up part-time employment. Such students are allowed to work in Ireland for up to 20 hours a week during term time, and up to 40 hours a week during holidays.
- Non-EEA post-graduate students working on their dissertations post their examinations are allowed to work 20 hours part-time a week.
